Privacy Policy

When you request a quote, book an appointment, contact us, open a support ticket or apply to the partner program, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company, service address and the details of your project or request.

If you upload photos, floor plans or documents with a request, we store those files with it.

If you create a customer or partner account, we keep your email address to sign you in, and the records that build up as we work with you: projects, appointments, quotes, installed equipment and support history.

To prevent spam and abuse, each request is stored with a one-way, salted hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and your browser type.

Signing in uses essential cookies that keep your session open. We do not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

Builders, contractors, designers, realtors and property managers in our partner program may submit a project on behalf of their client, including the client’s contact details. Partners confirm they have the client’s permission to share it. The partner can see the status of projects they submitted.

To respond to you, prepare quotes, schedule and carry out work, support installed systems and keep records of the equipment we install.

To send messages about your request or account, such as confirmations, appointment updates and sign-in links.

To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Service providers that run parts of this site for us under their own privacy and security commitments: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Resend (email delivery) and our web host.

The partner who referred your project, limited to that project.

Authorities or others when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.

A buyer or successor if our business is reorganised or sold, under the same protections.

We keep information for as long as we need it to provide and support our services, keep business and tax records, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed we delete it or make it anonymous.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or stop non-essential emails. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law. We will verify your request and respond within the time the law allows.

Access to customer data is limited by role, connections are encrypted, and changes to records are logged. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.

This site is for adults arranging technology services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
